Every Dusk order ships free. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 7–12 business days within the US (international may take longer) as items ship directly from our production partners — this keeps your prices low and quality high. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email support@dusksleep.co and we'll chase it for you. Dusk isn't responsible for carrier delays, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
